The form asks for:

Form submissions are sent to fitdripai@gmail.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request, and avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Business listing claims
Are you the owner or an authorized representative of a business listed on Fitdrip? Send the listing name, city, website if available, and your relationship to the business. We may request additional information to review a claim. Once reviewed, a claim may allow the business to request edits to its listing.
Listing removals
To request removal of a business listing, email fitdripai@gmail.com with the listing name and city, plus your connection to the business if relevant. We will review the request and may ask for details before taking action.
Corrections and updates
If you notice an incorrect name, category, location, link, description, or other listing detail, tell us what is wrong and what should be corrected. Including the listing name and city helps us find it quickly. Please verify time-sensitive details directly with the business as well.
Advertising and partnerships
For Pro or featured listings, Fitdrip+, sponsorships, or other advertising and partnership ideas, email fitdripai@gmail.com with a short description of your business and proposal. We will share next steps if the opportunity is a fit.
